This year, the\u00a0<\/span>Autumn Reunion will take place in St Ives, thanks to Laura Tan\u2019s brilliant offer to organise the meeting. \u00a0 Laura is currently dealing with a family emergency so we are getting the ball rolling to start with.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Reunion Dates: Friday 29<\/span>th<\/span>-Sunday 1<\/span>st<\/span>\u00a0October.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Location: St Ives<\/span><\/div>\n
Venue: TBA<\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the distance, we assume many of you will want to stay over for at least one night.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
We are exploring accommodation options including dormitory in a local hostel or even a camping barn.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
In order to secure this, we must have numbers by FRIDAY 28<\/span>TH<\/span>APRIL.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Laura will investigate group accommodation based on the confirmed bookings at that point.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course everybody is welcome to attend the Reunion \u2013 but anybody who confirms after 28<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0April will have to arrange their own accommodation. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>And, j<\/span>ust to be clear, Laura is only dealing with people who wish to take up the option of group accommodation \u2013 she is\u00a0<\/span>not<\/span>\u00a0sorting out individual hotel bookings!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is highly likely that Laura will need to take deposits from people \u2013 please be prepared to\u00a0<\/span>pay a deposit anytime from early<\/span>\u00a0May.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a>Please RSVP asap, and before 28<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0April if you wish to take up the group accommodation option.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
