There will be a setting up period of 30 minutes &#8211; the meeting will therefore begin at <b>1:15pm<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stmartin-in-the-fields.org\">https:\/\/www.stmartin-in-the-fields.org<\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You can eat beforehand or bring a packed lunch with you to eat during the meeting.\u00a0 There is a caf\u00e9 in the building for your convenience.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Volunteers needed for the following setting-up tasks:\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registration &amp; Fee collection (\u00a35 per adult)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tea\/coffee making &#8211;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Setting up chairs &amp; tables<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Volunteers need to be downstairs at the CCC for 12:45pm.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We must vacate the room by 4.30pm, therefore the meeting will end at 4pm and we would appreciate it if all stay to help tidy up.\u00a0 \u00a0We will then go for an early meal together for 5pm.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Link below<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">https:\/\/www.lemontreecoventgarden.com<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>New members<\/b>: please be aware that non-adoptees attend our meetings. This includes spouses\/partners; children; siblings; friends; special guests.
